Modern LED lighting enhances the experience
Consto Arena is a football stadium located in Mjøndalen in Nedre Eiker, Norway. It is the home ground of Mjøndalen IF in the Eliteserien and has a capacity of 4,350 spectators.
We are proud to have played a key role in improving both the atmosphere and the player experience at the stadium by renewing the lighting system.
The works were completed in winter 2023 and included the following elements:
- Development of light calculations
- Delivery of materials
- Installation of new modern floodlights in existing masts
High demands on arena lighting
The requirements of 1200 lx vertically towards the main camera (lighting requirements in the Elite Series) place high demands on accuracy in light calculations and assembly. Our solution was 136 pcs 1200 W floodlights. In addition to better light values than before, it is now also possible to adjust the brightness according to activity thanks to the floodlight's built-in smart driver with DALI control. In addition, there are significant savings in maintenance and energy in the long run.
